Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of the dress will be exactly the same as the photos you see.
Different country customs have different regulations on tax and duty which we have no idea and we are not responsible for it,the buyer needs to pay for it by yourself.
- 1. The quality problem is not included with color aberration or not beautiful enough.
- 2. Please contact us immediately when there is a problem with item you receive.
- To maintain your own interests, we don't accept item without a Return Authorization. We are neither responsible for the refund nor the return without the Return Authorization even cause the missing of the package during the return.
- 3. We only accept standard size wedding dresses in perfect, brand new condition.

- 4. The items which are not acceptable for return or refunds due to they are custom made.
- 5. The return items must be received by our side within 5 days from receipt day.
- 6. For exchange, the buyer needs to pay all return shipping cost.
- 7. There will be a 30 % restocking fee charged on all returns.
If you want to cancel the order, then you have to contact us within 12 hours, orders canceled after 12 hours of payment confirmation will be charged full shipping cost. Orders canceled after 24 hours of payment confirmation will be charged 20% of the payment and full shipping cost. After 36 hours of payment confirmation, orders can no longer be cancelled.
